Delivery FAQs

You might have some questions about getting our products delivered straight to your door, so let's sniff out the answers in our handy Delivery FAQ section below!

We operate a tight operation here and will do our utmost to facilitate any changes to an order. However, once the item has left us (i.e. is in transit), it will not be possible to make any changes.

At present we will only ship automatically within Ireland or the UK. If you are looking to ship elsewhere then please get in touch to arrange a delivery estimate. We can ship all over Europe and the US.

We also have a number of stockists in Ireland, UK and across Europe. For details please refer to our stockists page

Please note: We can not ship "Golden Paste" outside of Ireland currently as it must be chilled at all times.

To avail of free shipping, simply spend €100 / £100 and the delivery will be completely free.

Orders placed through our online store are fulfilled by us (Jo & Clair), in our Kerry HQ. Typically, orders within the Republic of Ireland are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 working days via An Post registered delivery. We expect it to arrive within two working days depending on the An Post system.

UK and international orders are processed within 3 - 5 working days and can take up to 7 working days to arrive.

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight outside of Ireland and can sometimes be more economical to order a number of items together.

There is a flat shipping fee of €5.00 for our Irish customers.

If you receive a product that is not up to the high standards we maintain, we'll happily send out a replacement. Simply contact us directly and we'll sort it out.

All orders are tracked. If for whatever reason, your delivery does not arrive, please contact us. We can check the tracking number and either refund or replace your order if your package has gone missing.
